Weekly – Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish. Price is hugging the 25×5 moving average. The 90-91 area remains support.

Daily – No trade. Previously the long trade was stopped out at the entry price. So now in a narrow channel between 96.5 and 98. Trade pressures are up. Volume closed bearish on Friday, Aug 7th.

30 year T-BONDS_     [Up despite the prospect of FED interest rate increases.]

Weekly – Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish. Price has crossed over the 25×5.

Daily –  The trade is Long from 150-10 on the 26th of July. Stops were raised to 154-20. The next target is 159-05 and 160.

Move stops up to 155-15.

A close below 154-17 would signal lower.

Weekly – Consolidating with a 90-91 support level underneath. Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish.

Daily – Stops were set at 86.74 last week and were hit mid week for a small 19 cent move. Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish. The trade is flat, but there are upside targets at 99.70.

 

30 year T-BONDS_

Weekly – Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish. Expect resistance here at 157-23 at the the 25×5 moving average.

Daily –  In the long trade from the 150-10 long entry. Stops were moved up last week to this entry price. Price then moved up rapidly to test the upside 154-20 155-17 targets. A two day pull back provided another short cycle long entry at 155-07.

Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish. The next target up is 159-05.

Move stops to 154-20.

A close below 153-24 would signal lower.

Weekly – Trade pressures remain up. Volume has turned neutral from bullish albeit on very light weekly volume.

Daily – The trade is up from the adjusted 96.55 long entry. The first target of 98.12 and the 98.25 prior pivot are acting as resistance. Trade pressures are up but declining. Volume is bearish.

Weekly – The trade pressures turned up. Volume turned bullish,

Daily – The daily trade is long from the 150-10 entry. The first target of 154-24 was reached, The next target is 159-13. Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish.

Expect resistance at 155-29. Stops are at the entry price of 150-10.

Weekly – Trade pressures are up. Volume turned bullish from three weeks of neutral. Again, the 25×5 moving average has provided support.

Daily –  The long trade is still underway. The first target of 97.89 has been reached. The next target up is 99.34. Trade pressures are up but negative divergence is showing. Volume is bullish.

Move stops to the 96.44 long entry price.

30YR T-BONDS_

Weekly – still in consolidation targeting the downside target of 145. Trade pressures are still down but rising. Volume is bearish.

Daily – This consolidation is proving to be choppy. 150-10 is the long entry and 150-15 is a short entry, creating a pivot. Trade pressures have turned up. Volume has changed from bearish to bullish.

Pressures indicate a move up. look for a pullback to the long entry.

Weekly – The flow of funds seems to still favor the dollar. Trade pressures are up. Volume is neutral. The weekly 25×5 moving average has provided support since early April.

Daily – the trade above the 97.20 changes the trend to positive. A short cycle entry is at 96.44 with the first target of 97.89. Trade pressures are up but declining. Volume is bullish.

 

30yr T-BONDS_  renewed conversations about the FED raising rates.

Weekly – Downtrend still targeting the 145 level. Trade pressures are down but rising. Volume bearish.

Daily – The long trade from 150-08 traded up to within three ticks of the 154-26 targets (about $4000 profit per contract, if taken) before reversing and falling through the stop at the 150-08 entry price. For record keeping, this one counts as a break-even trade.

Trade pressures are down. Volume is bearish.

A trade up thru 150-15 and then a subsequent daily close below 150-15 could signal lower.

USD(DX)_ The prospect of higher US interest rates and the combination of money leaving Greece and maybe some of the other weak euro economies has seen a flow into the US financial assets.

Weekly – Still pointing down to 90-91 area, but has crossed back above the 25×5 moving average. Trade pressures are still neutral. Volume is neutral as we go into the 4th of July long weekend.

Daily –  The trade was short from the 96.47 and traded down to the first target of 95.86. The 95.81 stop was triggered for a 66 cent profit. Trade pressures are up. Volume is bullish.

A close above 97.20 would signal a new move up.

30yr T-BONDS_

Weekly – the weekly down side targets of 144-145 are still active. Trade pressures are down. Volume is bearish for these last two weeks.

Daily – The long trade triggered at 150-08 is still on. The 147-17 stop was touched but the close was 147-18, so still long with a 154-26 target.  The spike down on the Greek news was a warning so move the stop up as soon as the market gives you a chance.  Trade pressures are up. Volume is neutral.

This is a retracement trade up inside the weekly down move. So, tight stops. The current stop remains 147-17.

Weekly – Trade pressures are down. Volume has changed from neutral to bearish. Below the 25×5 moving average – showing weakness.

Daily – In a short trade from 96.47. Has traded down thru the 93.85 target. The next target down is 91.14.

Trade pressures are down. Volume has changed to bullish. So, expect some support here at the 93.85 target level.

30yr T-BONDS_  Reacting to the Greek situation and the Euro.

Weekly – Still in downtrend. Trade pressures are down but rising. Volume has changed from bearish to neutral.
Next weekly target down is 147-12.

Daily – The long entry at 150-08 was triggered last week but waited for a pullback and a second time thru which happened Thurs and friday. So, currently long from the 150-08. The next targtet up is 154-20.

Trade pressures are up but flat. Volume has changed to bullish from bearish.

Stops at the lows  – 147-17.

Weekly – The dollar has pulled back from the March highs to the 25×5 moving average. Then a two week rally was stopped and the move down resumed two weeks ago. Attempting to reach the multiple targets in the 90-94 area. Trade pressures are down. Volume has turned neutral from the prior weeks bullish – so, some distribution at a minimum.

Daily –  The trade is down from the 96.57 short entry. the next target down is 93.85. Trade pressures are down and volume is bearish.

Move buy stops to the entry price of 96.57.

30yr T-BONDS_

Weekly – Trade pressures are down but showing divergence. Volume is bearish.

Daily – the short trade from the 152-06 entry price met the 147-18 target for a 4pt 12 tick move. The trade is flat.

Trade pressures are down but rising to almost neutral. Volume is bullish.

The retracement move up from the 147 target is signalling long, but need to wait for the pull back and a second time thru to confirm.

USD(DX)_ Still Greece.

Weekly – the 25×5 has acted as support. The 90 target still awaits. Trade pressures are up. Volume remains bullish.

Daily – The 96.20 stop was triggered, so no position. Trade pressures are flat. Volume has changed from bearish to bullish on Friday.

A close next week above 95.68 accompanied with positive trade pressures would restart the long trade. Watch the long bond as higher interest rates support the dollar.

30 yr T_Bond_

Weekly – a sharp down week. Trade pressures are down. Volume remains bearish.

Daily – The second attempt to get long at 152-11 was stopped out at 152-06 for a small 5 tick loss. The stop was also the short entry. The next target down is 146-08.

The short stop is the short entry price of 152-06. This is a little tight, but the positive jobs report brings the FED rate rise a little closer.

Weekly – Two weeks of bullish volume. Trade pressures are down but trending up.

Daily – in the long retracement trade from 94.78. At the 97.45 target up now. The next target up is 98.66. Trade pressures are up. Volume remains bullish.

A close below 96.20 will signal lower.

30yr T-Bonds_  [Sept Contract]

Weekly – Trade pressures are down. Volume is bearish for two weeks. The next target down is 145-12.

Daily – In the long trade from the adjusted long entry of 152-11. The next target up is 156-28. Trade pressures are up. Volume continues bullish.

A close below 152-06 would restart the short trade.
