If the old highs at 97.53 are broken then the next target up is 98.48.

A close below the recent low of 95.93 would signal lower.

Weekly – Moving up slowly off the 137 downside target. Trade pressures are down but rising to the neutral zone. Volumes are bullish.

Still in the downtrend with resistance at 140-29, the 25×5 MA.

Daily – Flat. At the full move target of 139-30. The next target up is 142-14.

A close below the 138-10 level would signal lower.
