Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. (AEM) is the largest mining company in Canada and the second-largest gold producer in the world. The company has operations not only in Canada but also in Australia, Finland and Mexico, and it expects to produce between 3.33 million and 3.5 million ounces of gold in fiscal year 2025. Considering that 77% of this guidance was produced in the first nine months of the year, Agnico Eagle Mines should exceed its guidance.

Agnico Eagle Mines is scheduled to announce fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on Thursday, February 12. Fourth-quarter earnings are forecast to more than double year-over-year to $2.63 per share, up from $1.26 per share in the same quarter a year ago. Revenue is expected to grow 54.9% year over year to $3.44 billion.

Analysts have upped fourth-quarter earnings estimates by 9% in the past two months, so a fifth-straight quarterly earnings surprise is likely.

I should also add that for fiscal year 2025, Agnico Eagle Mines is anticipated to achieve earnings of $8.17 per share and revenue of $11.76 billion. That represents 93.1% annual earnings growth and 42% annual revenue growth. AEM is a Conservative buy below $206.

Cardinal Health, Inc.

Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) was a new addition to the High-Growth Investments Buy List in the January 2026 Monthly Issue. If you recall, Cardinal Health is a healthcare services company that provides pharmaceutical solutions and medical products to about 90% of U.S. hospitals, as well as to physician offices, clinics, pharmacies and patients at home by direct. The company also operates in 30 countries worldwide.

Due to strong demand for its solutions and products, Cardinal Health boasts that it is the 15th-highest revenue-generating company in the U.S. It achieved total revenue of $22.6 billion in fiscal year 2025.

Cardinal Health is scheduled to release results for its second quarter in fiscal year 2026 on Thursday, February 5. And thanks to positive analyst revisions, Cardinal Health is likely gearing up for its fifth-straight quarterly earnings surprise.

Elbit Systems Ltd.

Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESLT) is an Israeli defense contractor. It offers a wide range of systems and products – air, land and naval – for defense, homeland security and commercial applications. Demand for its systems and products has driven its backlog to a robust $25.2 billion, primarily due to increased European orders.

The reality is that Israel is a major exporter of weapons, with sales breaking records for four consecutive years. The country’s weapons sales rose to nearly $14.8 billion in 2024, compared to $13 billion in 2023. And that’s up from sales between $7.5 billion and $8.5 billion between 2018 and 2020.

Given Elbit Systems’ most recent quarterly results and its forecasted sales, it’s clear that the company’s systems and products are also in demand globally. Third-quarter revenue rose 11.9% year-over-year to $1.92 billion, and earnings increased 51.5% year-over-year to $3.35 per share.

For the fourth quarter, the current consensus estimate calls for earnings of $3.04 per share on $2.09 billion in revenue. That’s up from earnings of $2.66 per share and revenue of $1.93 billion in the fourth quarter of 2024. For fiscal year 2025, Elbit Systems is also expected to achieve 15.5% annual revenue growth and 39.5% annual earnings growth. ESLT is a Conservative buy below $765.

Kinross Gold Corporation

Kinross Gold Corporation (KGC) is one of our gold mining companies. Based primarily in Canada, Kinross Gold operates the Great Bear project in Red Lake, Ontario, but it also has three gold mines and a development project in the U.S. In addition, the company has a mine in Brazil, a mine and development project in Chile and a mine in Mauritania.

Interestingly, Kinross Gold is looking to expand its operations in the U.S. The company aims to extend mine life and optimize costs at the Round Mountain Phase X and Bald Mountain Redbird 2 in Nevada, as well as at the Kettle River-Curlew project in Washington. The three projects are anticipated to add considerably to Kinross Gold’s gold production in the coming years.

And increased gold production and higher gold prices should continue to add to the company’s top and bottom lines. Fourth-quarter earnings are expected to surge 210.5% year-over-year to $0.59 per share, while revenue is forecast to increase 44.7% year-over-year to $2.05 billion. Earnings estimates have also been revised 34% higher in the past three months, which bodes well for a fourth-straight quarterly earnings surprise.

For fiscal year 2025, Kinross Gold is anticipated to report 154.4% annual earnings growth and 37.2% annual revenue growth. The company is scheduled its fourth-quarter and fiscal year 2025 earnings announcement for February 18. KGC is a Conservative buy below $36.

Seagate Technology Holdings Plc (STX) develops AI-capable hard drives better than any other company. As a result, it’s a global leader in storage, providing more than four zettabytes of capacity that covers the cloud, the edge and endpoint devices. And thanks to ongoing demand for its hard drives, especially from data centers, Seagate Technology exceeded analysts’ earnings and revenue expectations for its second quarter in fiscal year 2026.

Second-quarter revenue rose 21.5% year-over-year to $2.83 billion, beating estimates of $2.76 billion. Earnings increased 53.2% year-over-year to $3.11 per share. Analysts expected earnings of $2.84 per share, so Seagate Technology posted a 9.5% earnings surprise.

Looking ahead to the third quarter in fiscal year 2026, Seagate Technology expects total revenue of about $2.9 billion and earnings per share between $3.20 and $3.60. That represents 34.3% year-over-year revenue growth and 68.4% to 89.5% year-over-year earnings growth. STX is a Moderately Aggressive buy below $464.
